2025 COWBOY TOUGH CAMP |
This camp is made for cowboys and cowgirls! Come to Laramie and train for three days at 7220 feet. This camp will serve as a big push for club swimmers before they begin to rest for their summer championship meets. This three day/five session camp will be modeled after a UW in-season microcycle – including in-water sets geared around kicking (underwater and above), vo2 max, race pace, and resistance, as well as dryland, core engagement, and flexibility. You will leave feeling gritty and ready to race – or what we like to call cowboy tough!
